DO YOU OFFER FREE LOCAL PICK-UP?
We sure do! Just select "Free Local Pick-Up" at check-out! You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pick-up. Justa Shoppe is located inside of Alpyne Apparel Flagship Store in Martensville, SK. Our address is Bay 3 - 800 Centennial Drive North.
PICK-UP NOTIFICATION: You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pick-up. Please do not come and "check if your order is ready sooner".. we understand your excitement, but if you haven't received a notification, it isn't ready yet. We'd hate to see you leave empty-handed.
DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?
We offer local delivery to Martensville and Warman only for an additional fee of $10.00.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
The good news is that our team works hard to have your order ready for local pick-up or shipped within a maximum of 14 business days. The better news? We usually get it done sooner. In the event that our turn around times will take longer, the customer will be notified and our websites and social media pages will be updated accordingly.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PRODUCT?
Headwear: Please do not saturate either hats or toques in water, as this can cause the leather patch to slowly separate from the hat. Headwear may be spot cleaned. Patches may be lightly cleaned with damp cloth.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
We ship to Canada and the United States via Canada Post and USPS. Shipping times are additional to production time. Unfortunately shipping has become extremely expensive for small businesses. Our shipping fee is a flat rate of $20 per order, no matter how many products you buy.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU OFFER?
We accept all major credit cards along with PayPal.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All products are final sale for both personalization and hygiene purposes. If any quality issues arise with your product, please contact us and we will do our very best to assist you.

DO YOU OFFER PRICE BREAKS IF I ORDER MULTIPLE ITEMS?
Justa Shoppe does not offer price breaks on this website for ordering multiple items, but we will run sales from time to time! Justa Shoppe was created for our customers who are frequently inquiring about getting select single items or small quantities of custom headwear made - which is something our larger custom clothing business does not offer.
